Gibraltar Projects is a construction firm specializing in project management, construction management and general contracting. In 2013, Gibraltar Projects was formed on the core values of quality, honesty and superior customer service.

The company grew quickly with a team of experts with deep roots in the construction industry. The majority of our core team members have worked together for over 20 years. We have earned industry respect over our careers and completed significant projects in a variety of sectors, including hospitals and long- term care, industrial, automotive, commercial, retail and office.

President

As the President of the firm, Bruce is responsible for operations. As the son of a contractor, Bruce has essentially grown up in the industry and developed a passion for ensuring quality work. With over 30 years of experience, Bruce is an expert in many sectors including hospitals, long-term care, industrial, automotive, commercial, retail and office facilities.

Barry Roach

Barry is responsible for the daily onsite construction activities, subcontractor coordination, material deliveries and schedule management. Barry’s ability to mitigate or resolve problems and maintain a cohesive working environment enables him to successfully deliver projects on time, on budget and to the highest quality standards.

Greg Zaugg

Greg is responsible for project administration, budget and schedule management and acts as the primary project leader of project teams during construction. He ensures that high standards and client satisfaction are maintained throughout the project. Greg pulls together stakeholders as a cohesive team, leading to efficient and high-quality results.

Neil Hamilton

Neil is responsible for daily onsite construction activities, subcontractor coordination, material deliveries and schedule management. Neil’s extensive experience in heavy construction gives him the experience to ensure tight projects stay on track without compromising quality or safety.
